I have read and seen other reviews and this seems to be the same issue everyone is experiencing. I literally have to remove the batteries from the remote for them to sync up again. Well after putting in new batteries in both the truck and remote, the remote loses connectivity. DO NOT BUY!!!! My son received this tow truck for his bday and he was so happy and excited not many remote control tow trucks out there.
